Prepare · ask in plain words

Bring the questions that count.

Pick the questions that match your concern. Read them as written, or change the words until they sound like you.

Ask about the exact product

  • What exactly is being proposed?

Ask whether the proposed product is a shot, drops for the nose, a pill, or something else. Get the pharmacy’s or maker’s name.

  • What supports permission to use it?

At the September 30, 2026 check, Selank had no U.S. approval. It was also missing from the federal list of extra ingredients pharmacies may use to make medicines.

Withdrawing the request to add Selank did not permit pharmacies to use it.

Ask which rule the pharmacy relies on and where you can check it.

  • Where can I check that explanation?

Ask for an official source and the date behind the answer.

Ask what supports the expected benefit

  • Which study fits my concern?

Ask about human results rather than lab findings alone.

  • What can that study leave unanswered?

A dummy treatment has no active medicine; researchers use it for comparison.

The small anxiety study summaries describe no comparison with a dummy treatment. The memory claims come from rat studies.

  • Which other options have been considered?

If anxiety brought you here, ask about tested treatments without starting from Selank.

Ask how the discussion would continue

  • What remains uncertain?

How Selank changes the effects of calming medicines has not been studied in people.

  • Who would look into a new concern?

Ask who handles follow-up and how to reach that person.

  • What am I agreeing to pay?

Ask for the complete written quote and any cancellation terms before committing.

Carry this forward

An answer that needs more explaining is a reason to keep asking. It is fine to take notes and return to it later.
